Default Switching my sub to another radio

Long time lurker here at SBF, but first time poster. I got quite a few gift cards for Christmas and am looking to replace my sirius one unit with a starmate replay since I already have a home kit that worked with my sirius one. How much trouble is it to change my year sub to the new unit and take it off the old one? Thanks for any replies and how do you get access to the Stern forums.

Changing sub to new radio is a piece of cake. Call Sirius and tell them that's what you want to do. They'll ask for the old radios SID. Then power up the new radio and give them the new SID. They'll activate that one. Should be at no charge too.

Once you get through to a human.....takes about 30 seconds for them to switch your sub. Does'nt cost a dime.
