Default XM SkyFi to Sportster 4 Conversion?

I currently have an XM SkyFi installed in my 2002 Ford Explorer with an FM modulator and power supply directly connected. Now that I am switching to my new Sirius Sportster 4, I want to utilize this existing installation. The line out from the modulator does fit the Sportster, but I'm not sure it will work. The one problem I have found is that the power supply from the existing modulator is a DC 6V and the Sportster 4 is a 5V so they do not match. Does anyone know if there is an adapter of some sort to make this work?

Any experience here will be much appreciated

Thumbs up

Call a BEST BUY or CIRCUIT City Stereo installation department. I have called before and they will give you brief / free advice over the phone.
