Question

When you subscribed online, did you have the radio on at the time? This is a must. Also, don't try and subscribe online and use the activate radio at this date and time feature. It doesn't work...

Are you getting any other channels other then 184? If so, you should check and see if you didn't accidentally push the mute button on the radio.

Good luck...

Post

hey thanks for your input but i got the problem solved

i activated online with the radio on at the time. then i called after it wasn't working and they said they would send an activation update or whatever. then i did one of those updates online. None of that worked. today i called again did the activation update and it worked. i dont know what was going on before but it was quite frustrating.

note: the radio as i said before was previously subscribed to another person then deactivated. i believe that once the radio is subscribed to another person and then deactivated channel 184 no longer has audio. at least that was the case in my situation.

install pics will be posted in the install section shortly.
