Default Problem with Sirius in 2003 Silverado

I am hoping you can offer some insight into a problem I am having with my Sirius radio. I had a gm kit put into my 2003 chevy silverado on Jan 3rd. The first week or two it worked just fine but now when I go out to start the truck in the morning the radio is stuck on the channel I was listening to when I shut it off the night before but it is not playing anything and will not let me change channels..it is just stuck! When I get to work and the truck sets all day, I then go out after work to go home and it will work just fine. It seems to do this after it sets all night. I did take it back to Best Buy and they changed out the receiver box (or Brain if you will) and low and behold the next morning it worked fine but now today (2 days later) it did the same thing when I started it up this morning. Could the fact that it is wired constant play any part in this problem? I have thought about "switching" this wire so that I could shut it off and let it reset itself when this happens, but I should not have to do this every time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks......
