Default Sportster Install to Stiletto Install

My car has a sportster installed right now, but I want to upgrade to the stiletto. How hard would this be? What parts would I need? Should I gut the original install and just put the new Stiletto car kit in? Thanks for any help.

The only thing that you would have to switch out is the power cord. The Stiletto is 5v while the Sportster is 12v.

Depending on how you have the Sportster mounted you might be able to use the mounting piece as well.

Alpha Audio in Austin, TX said they would charge $129 to do it.

I would consider doing it yourself. You would just have to switch out the power cable. Then you'd have to take out 4 screws of the Sportster mount and screw the Stiletto car dock to that. Then plug in the wires to your new car kit.
