Default Kenwood MP625 with "Best of XM" package possible?

Hello. I used to have Sirius service and I still have a Kenwood MP625 installed in my car. I wanted to drop my XM switch back to sirius, and get the "Best of XM" package.

The MP625 head unit is currently installed with the interface wire running towards the trunk. My old 902 tuner was sold a year ago.

I purchased a SIR-KEN1 and was very dissapointed to learn that it is not compatible with the "Best of XM" service.

Is there a way to get this head unit to work?
What tuner or work around will I need?
Is there a compatibility list that can be seen if you are currently not a subscriber?
They had a year to work out this merge, WTF is wrong with these people. They said earlier this year that all radios would work.
