Do you mean will it work with a JVC car stereo? If so, yes it will, as will any Sirius receiver. As long as your car stereo has either an aux input, casette player, or FM radio (I'm sure it has that last one), then you are good to go. But you should note that the best results come from either the aux input or casette adapter.

But I should warn you, the Blaupunkt has received some pretty poor reviews on this board. I don't think anybody here has really recommended it. If it's the blue screen that has drawn you to this receiver, I recommend waiting until the new Kenwood unit comes out. You can see a picture of it in this thread:

If the blue screen isn't that important, you would probably be better served by just about any other receiver. The Blaupunkt is the only receiver that comes to mind that has gotten bad reviews.

well, the price and it having the car kit kinda brought me to it. If you know of a better one with a good price let me know.

That price isn't really that good. It's an average price. Most of the receivers come with a car kit for about $140. Best Buy has the JVC with car kit for $141 and you should be able to pick it up at your local Best Buy, therefore no shipping cost.

They also have the Sportster with car kit for the same price:

Circuit City has the new Audiovox for $79.99 without a car kit. The car kit costs about $50, so it's not a bad deal. It also says that you get a $50 Circuit City gift card when you prepay for one year of service.

Good luck.
