Default 2006 Honda Accord w/ XM - Want Sirius

I have a 2006 honda accord, with navigation, and they come with the XM radio integrated.

I have heard that they have a device where I can change it to SIRIUS.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section or this has been previously covered.

Nothing yet. My mom just bought a 2007 CRV and I checked with tss-radio and they said nothing has come out yet.

Check back in a year or so...

you can get a auxiliary input plug and use a portable sirius radio for now because it looks like is going to take some time to find any other way

I have actually held off buying a new Honda because of this issue. Been waiting a couple years now. I really thought Honda would give their potential buyers the option to choose by now. I can wait a couple more years. I would probably go for a new Honda, or maybe even an Acura now, if Sirius was available as a factory option.

I thought the '06 Accord had an AUX input built in?

Regardless, don't wait. Just get a p'n'p unit and run it through an aux input. There's several install threads over in the install garage - the slim units fit perfectly in the little bin under the radio...hidden away very easily, quick clean install...
Always the same old taste, just new injury...
