Default AM I insane?Help With Contact Info For Sirius Warranty Customer Service Nightmare

I can;t write the whole thing down- would be boring and way to exhausting to recap everything. I have been waiting for new radio since last May.

Sept. I got email offering me a Sportster 4 to replace my Sanyo. I called and they said no problem but could not send me home kit as they had no record of me having a home kit. The radio CAME with home kit and car kit - it wasn;t sold any other way. Rep said I needed to fax in my receipt. I did. Called back few days later. She said she could send me home kit but They didn;t have home kit for Sportster 4. So I said whatever send me the replay then. She said no prob, but Sportster radio receiver and car kit on back order and would send out home kit.
I drive to my US mail box to pick up- I get home kit and no radio. I wait another 5 weeks. I pick up and it is Sportster 4. I call Sirius and tell them mistake- but now they have the home kit for Sportster 4 and they offer me that. I tell woman on phone which was better- I heard Sportster 4 had terrible FM transmitter and I didn;t care about some of the functions or Sportster 4. She told me to get Sportster 4 and send back home kit for replay.Which I do.
She also tells me she will send shipping labels so i wont have to pay again because they shipped wrong unit. She says I should have it in 7-1o days.

6 weeks pass. I finally get through. She says home kit is on back order and they won;t send me shipping labels. I explain I sent back out of my own pocket because if you don't return within 30 days charge card charged- she said sorry but nothing she could do.
She get on a supervisor who looks at my account- he then tells me that I am not getting anything received the home kit and radio. I explained they were from two different units. He said he knows- the REPLAY home kit replaced my home kit for Sanyo and the Sportster 4 receiver replaces my Sanyo receiver and car kit so we are even (!!!!) He wouldn;t budge on this and wouldn;t admit that this was CRAZY. His stand was that they held their end of the bargain. When I asked why the customer service reps last few weeks have told me me Sportster 4 is on the way he tells me I have been misinformed. He has me read the email I received about upgrade:

In an effort to get your SIRIUS back to you sooner, we are offering to replace your radio at no cost to you, with our latest model the Sportster 4 and a universal car kit.

Our new SIRIUS home kits and Boomboxes will be cross compatible. Therefore when you purchase a new Boombox or Home kit it will work with your Sportster 4 and other new SIRIUS models to be released later this year. (Your current accessories may not work with the Sportster 4 therefore we are including a car kit)
and says it says (in above) they that won't replace accessories.

At any rate - the whole things is nuts. He maintains I have no proof that I was told I would get a Sportster 4 home kit- like I am trying to pull a fast one on him.... But I would be just as happy with anything that works together!!!

If any one can tell me who I should be speaking to at senior level or has a email that would be great. I just want a radio to work in my house!!!!
