Default Does Anyone Know Where You Can Get An FM Extender?

I know these have been coming with the Sportster 3's. Can you get them anywhere and are they even out in the market for sale?

I've never heard of an FM extender, but I think I know what you're asking for

These have been sold for quite some time. They are more commonly called an "FM modulator relay". Recently Sirius has been referring to them in their literature as a "FM direct adapters".

Many places sell them.

OK.. now I see.. They've just found a way to get the FM signal closer to the car antenna. (FWIW, it's the outside car antenna that picks up the FM signal, not the radio itself. Many people put their Sirius receivers close to the car radio thinking the signal will be easier to pick up,.. It's not... The radio circuitry is inside a grounded metal case that radio signals can't easily penetrate )

I don't know if I'd go that route.. You're still prone to interference from local brodcast stations... Plus it's a lot of wire to string around the inside of the vehicle.
