Default Non Neutered FMMod Sportster Replay RULES!

So I had bought the Sportster Replay deal off sirius.com (free 2nd radio) and the FM mod was SOOOO bad I had to return it.

I bought a used sportster replay off ebay and man its a world of difference. FCC unfriendly and I'm LOVING it. No static in my testing so far anywhere in my vehicle. The original unit I had to be practically right next to my headunit and it would still have static.

Forget about the newer units, get an older sportster replay. I would say the FM mod is on par or stronger than the Xact Visor (which prior was the strongest FM mod I had found).

Yes, there are a few of us that do realise this and we are holding our ORIGINALS till the very end.

I got 2 "perfect" working s50 and a Sportster Replay that all broadcast for hundreds of feet. Buttons are dimming, not as springy but I'LL BE DAMMED IF I HAVE TO DEAL WITH ONE THAT I CAN'T TUNE IN ALL OVER THE HOUSE!!!!!

I'm sure that within the next 6 months we'll have to start a DYING BREED CLUB for people that still own fully functional sat radios from the OL SCHOOL.

Default Sportster rewind

I have one of the old school receivers too ...I got a warranty replacement because the leds and display is fading but the FM power is non existant. I feel like transplanting the two together.

Actually the FCC loves you and your older reciever....like an ex girlfriend who keeps finding excuses to torment you the fcc will stay involved with the satrad industry as long as they continue to piggyback on fm freqs. All my r4ecievers are hard wired.

I do have the renegade Xact replay (same as starmate replay) however it is hardwired. However its nice to have the full power FM if i need it like maybe on the holidays coming to send holiday music all over the house.
