Default Boom Box Question

I was in CC the other day and I saw the PNP+Boom-Box packages.

How is the boom-box inside and not directly in front of a window? I work in the back of the store and there isn't a window close to me unless I buy an outdoor ant and run cable from the back door up to the unit, which is possible but more than I wanted to spend and not worth the trouble.

Any feeback would be welcome

Are you referring to how is the reception? It would be no different than a home dock and home antenna. So, if that doesn't work in your setting neither would a boombox. Unless you have a repeater in your area, you'll need to get the antenna outside or else it will be a no go.
