Default Upgrading to a new radio means an extra fee?

I was reading the info on subscriptions, and saw this about the lifeitme subscription:

-----------------------
Plus, act soon and you can transfer your lifetime subscription to a different SIRIUS Receiver when you upgrade or replace your radio — up to three times — for only $75 per radio.
-----------------------

Does that mean when my current radio dies and I buy a new radio to replace it, as well as the cost of the radio, I have to pay an extra fee to sirius to have them disconnect service from my old radio and hook it up to the new radio?

Oh, and one more bit of info, I am on the 2 year plan, not the lifetime.

You will only get charged a fee if you have the lifetime sub.

If you have any other type of sub, just call CS and you can do a "tuner swap" for free,

MM is correct. I do tuner swaps all the time and there is no fee at all (unless you are on the lifetime plan of course...).

Ah, ok. I wonder why they'd charge a fee for the lifetime option. I guess the extra money they make if you buy the service year to year helps to go to paying for the radio swapping. Thanks guys.
