Question CCrane FM Transmitter in Car?????????

Has anyone tried this or another standalone FM Transmitter in their car.
You would need to have two cigarette lighter or other outlet near the dash.
I guess there are splitters out nthere.

This would be useful with the new weak FM transmitters.
