Nothing but Coal region here! Shamokin, PA, Basicly draw a line between Harrisburgh to Scranton and State College to Allentown. Where they meet is close to where I live. The armpit of America!

I lived in PA up until 5 years ago, then moved to CT. I grew up in Franklin, PA, a town very close to Mercer. My wife is from Hermitage, PA, it's even in the same county as Mercer

I love football! Rabid about football and fantasy football for sure. I just never liked the Steelers. I have been a 49ers fan since I was 5.

sbc, I work in Hermitage; indeed it is in the same county! 20 minute drive to work, so I can listen to Sirius for a little while in the car before I have to hit the online stream.

Hey everyone. I was waiting for PA to show up, and then I forgot to post! (whoops).

I was born and raised in Southeastern PA and lived here all my life except for the 4 years I attended college (and even then I was only about 30 minutes outside of PA).

I was born in Abington, but my family moved to Lansdale PA and they still reside there. I went to North Penn High School. Upon graduation, I did venture out of state... all the way to the University of Delaware. I returned back to PA to live in West Chester, then a small town of Thorndale (right next to Downingtown which is better known) and finally last year bought my first house in Plymouth Meeting.

Also not a football fan, so I don't get all the Eagles mania that invades this region every year (but not so much this year obviously).

Anyone else wanna add to this??

Callled Philly and Abington my home from 95 to 04. I love the area but don't miss the traffic and congestion. Grew up across the river in South Jersey but always will call Philly my home. I miss the food and 610 WIP the greatest sportsradio station on the planet. FLY EAGLES FLY and lets get FLYERD UP!

Another PA resident here. Currently I live in Feasterville but I grew up in Philly, Trevose and Newtown before I brought my first house in Feasterville. Die hard sports fan here!

Regarding 610 WIP, one of the most overrated sports radio station in the Philly area. When I turn on a SPORTS radio station, I would like to listen to sports talk......Before I went to satellite, I would much rather listen to 920 ESPN radio.

I use to live in Philly for about an year and enjoyed it there. That was around when the Phillies were in the World Series and I don't remember that year, I guess sometime in the 90's, but I might visit Philly one of these days if I ever get back to the east coast.
