Default I'm Paying for it, so why ain't I getting it?

So awhile back I asked if I can subscribe to American content on my Canadian radio (in Canada). Well Christmas finally came, and I activated my Sirius One and a Starmate Replay. I activated my radio (One) first online, and then added the Replay. So with the Replay I can get all the American channels (including: 67, 68, 85, 92, 122, 135, 139, 144, 146, 148, 182, 183, ) but not with the One. I want these channels on the One, because the One is the unit in my car. Is there some way I can 'zap' or refresh the One to receive these channels?

If I call the American (or even Canadian) customer service number, would they be helpful, or try to sell me a new radio?

If you purchased the One in Canada, it is limited by its firmware to receive only Canadian channels, even if you have an American subscription. IIRC, not even the Customer Service reps can change your lineup. If you did this, your best bet is to sell the One on eBay or to a friend, and buy the InV in America for $45-$50. It has a couple more features the One doesn't have, although the FM transmitter was neutered to comply with FCC regulations.

The strange thing is, both units were purchased in Canada at the same time, and the Replay (which gets all the American channels) had to be activated at the checkout (the ESN or Serial # was scanned at the time of puchase, not activated by Sirius for channels at the time of purchase).
