I'd have to say my favorites are Starflyer 59, Velour 100 and Zao.

Of those three Starflyer 59 is the only band in which I've actively collected their entire catalog. I'm fairly certain I have everything they've ever put out.

Dallas Holm... now that's a name I have not heard in a while. One of the first real contemporary singers. He helped blaze the trail. I remember some people saying he was of the devil because he had a guitar and drums! If it wasn't for artists like Dallas Holm, there would be no "Spirit" or "Revolution" today on Sirius.

ZOE Girl!

Also the Nitro Praise series from NSoul records were some really good dance remakes of popular hymns and choruses.

I also really enjoy Plus One both albums. It's some edgy music but message focused. I was without my Sirius today, and really enjoyed listening to the CD.

I kind of dig the newsboys. Also a band from way back called Circle of Dust.

It is hard for me to nail one group as my favorite because so many have great hits. So in no particular order except when I think of them....
News Boys
Point of Grace
Mercy Me
Third Day
and the list could go on

Rich Mullins for me, too!

Out of the current crop, I really like Chris Rice, Andrew Peterson and Fernando Ortega. Also Nichole Nordeman, Sara Groves and Carolyn Arends.

For groups I really dig 3rd Day and Caedmon's, but Casting Crowns and Big Daddy Weave rock!!
