Default Question on receivers

My husband has the new Stiletto and I have an old Audiovox receiver from about 5-6 years ago. He is not impressed with Sirius and plans on canceling his subscription to Sirius.

Can I then use his Stiletto, once he cancels, in place of my current receiver? If I can, what do I need to do on my end?

Cancel the audiovox, keep the Stiletto subscription.

Move the antenna and car dock to your vehicle.
Use the home dock as he probably does for home listening and recording.
