Default Rebate Question

I got my rebate for the xtr7 declined, they said that the tuner didn't qualify. I thought that it qualified for the $50 rebate. It was submitted for the rebate going on in may. Does anyone have that form that I could look at?? For some reason I copied everything but that.

I got the same message. I called Sirius and they said that it was included in the rebate. I'm still waiting to hear back from Sirius, since they "escalated" my case. Your best bet is to call Sirius at 888-539-7474 and explain the problem. Hopefully they will get this figured out quickly so those of us who bought th XTR7 will get our $50.

I just talked to them and they said all I had to do was send the card back. This better work.

Same thing is going on with me... I'm a person of principle - I sent in the rebate in good faith based on what the rebate form said and if they don't honor the rebate I'm out of here when my 6 months is up... For me it's not the $50 at state. They hung a carrot in my face to attract my business. Now that they have it, I don't expect to be treated like garbage.

They are also claiming that the "retailer is not valid". I purchased my XTR7 from Target, which at the time was the only store selling the XACT XTR7. Not very professional!!! Time will tell...

I am not pleased as is anyone to hear this kind of thing. I think that the company that is most likely sub-contracted out to fulfill the rebates needs better communication with Sirius itself. I'm sure the folks at Sirius are not trying to jip customers out of the money for their own sake.

Get the rebate folks up to date. Please.

This is of high priority!
