Default Listening online options

While I wait for the Sirius player to work again, can I listen to my music using WMP or other types of program? I understand I can't right now if the streaming service is buggered up.

I have downloaded and gotten to work the application that lets me play Sirius on my PocketPC device; was curious as to alternatives for Windows 2000.

Check out the Sirius Backstage Feedback section of this forum. There are two options that work well with internet streaming; "SiriusXPlay" and "Siriusly".

Mark me as angry

I couldn't get any of them to work

Siriusly -- erred
ItsonSirius -- erred
SeiriusXPlay -- plays nothing despite no errors

I've called customer service, as most of the errors said the Maximum Logins exceeded type message....

They changed my login and nothing now I can't even load the internet player....huge PITA

Xplay plays nothing because it isn't a player per se. It's just a front end to other players like WMP and WinAmp. You have to have one of those installed and tell Xplay which you are using and where to find it.

Thanks for the info, downloaded both IOS and Siriusly - both worked fine, although I prefer the latter (since I can use it with ConRec).

Cheers.

Mine has been working fine for both my wife and I....we had some issues when they changed the player configuration some, but it has been fine for the past few months. You might have to delete cookies and create a new bookmark/shortcut to get it to work, I think I had to do that.

Siriusly works fine on my old Win2K laptop. Make sure you have .Net installed.

I fingered out my problem was WMP 7.xx, downloaded new version, installed and PRESTO everything works!!!

I have been not wanting to upgrade for some time.....I keep hearing DRM pains etc. with newer versions of WMP.
