Default Car Rentals and Sirius?

I was just searching car rental places and haven't had any luck finding any offering Sirius.

I know some rental place has got to to offer Sirius. Any help would be great!

Hertz has a contract to offer Sirius on select vehicles and should be in all Prestige Line cars. You may need to call to make the reservation though as I think only Hertz #1 Club Gold members can reserve with Sirius online.

The inability for Car rental places to carry Sirius is the reason I finally bought the subsription. We all know how car rental goes. I made sure I reserved a sirius car in Vegas. But when I got there no cars, so I drove to radio shack and bought my sportster. Good luck finding them. If you are a premium member you would have better luck but PNP goes through security pretty well.

The TSA didn't even blink over the PNP3 in my carry-on. Provided I did have the antenna, cradle, power adapter, and radio all disconnected and in the same pouch. I think it would have looked more suspicious if I had them connected together.

Starmates and XTR2 kits fit nicely inside a Gameboy bag ... and it takes up so little space, you could fit it on the inside of your laptop bag (if you carry one).

That's what sells business travellers on those units.

The Hertz rentals don't give you all the channels anyway. Make yourself a "portable" kit that you can transfer from car to car. I have one that uses a suction-cup windshield mount that is nice when you're using different cars time to time.
