Default New Channel lineup cards anyone else recived theirs yet?

I got it I recived the new Channel Lineup card in the mail yesterday it looks pretty nice the way they got things listed. It's even big enough so it is very very easy to read. I am impressed on how it looks.

As anyone else recived theirs yet you get one for every reciver (Subscription) you have. So I got 2 cards from them so I will give one to my mom who has sirius music on her Dish Network.

Last month I renewed my subscription and I didn't receive anything in the mail. I was told by one of the DJs on 27 Hard Attack that new lineups would be coming by end of August. Haven't noticed anything on the website. How is yours different to the one online?

I just got mine. I find it odd that your actual username and account password are printed on the last page, along with "Please take the appropriate care in protecting the information" printed under!

Silly Sirius, maybe you should take the appropriate care by not printing sensitive information on something sent through the snail mail...

Is there a reason Sirius finds it necessary to send out new ones to all the subscribers. For now im pretty sure most people that get a $100 reciever and spend $13 a month for the radio have access, albeit maybe at the library, to the internet.

I for one think it is a great idea for sirius to send out new cards. After all the cable company and once in awhile dishnetwork sends out new channel lineup cards. I know it costs them alot of money to do it but what if you never really look at the sirius website or come here then you would never know about the new lineup change, and that is the big reason to send them so everyone will know about it.

If you were to rewind to the January 2004 (IIRC?) line-up change when they didn't send out the new channel line-ups, it was a nightmare. People didn't know where channels had moved to, they thought their receivers were messed up due to the new programming dowload. I feel SIRIUS learned their lesson from that mistake.

I could have printed one off the internet when the line-up changed last time, but I waited until the card came in the mail and went to Kinko's that day to get it laminated and it's been in my car since. It's a great advertisment for the service I have and just makes sence to me.

2 million subscribers - bulk rate to mail and someone's time. We are looking upwards of several hundred thousand dollars. Couldn't those dollars be better spent? I think so.

Kudo's for Sirius for doing this-
When there are this many changes it is important to communicate all you can to your customers- Just because someone has Sirius don't assume that everyone out there has a computer. Also the more communication they get out frees up phone calls into Sirius on the changes

Ok, yea I wasnt a subscriber then. having only been a subscriber for about a month now. I guess following business info a little more closely than most, not just SIRIUS, I know about changes before some other people that dont put that kind of time into it.
