Quite a few landscaping companies have offered this service to supplement their income over the winter.

so is the overall feeling that the xmas tunes are not any good?

A local radio station here in Atlanta starts 24/7 christmas music Dec 1st. They throw in everything from country, to regea tunes, they do a good job, but I was assuming sirius could do a little better.

I really hate christmas, but for some reason, the non stop xmas music keeps me from going postal

I wouldn't say I hate it, but when it airs for 2 months when a holiday is supposedly 36 hours, something is wrong with that.

Sirius does a good job by not having channels that just play christmas music, but only infusing a few songs during the season on the other channels, which is the way it should be.

I wish they would split the traditional and contemporary into separate channels. I really don't like when they play all the pop singers with their classic christmas music interpretations. Mariah Carey, 98 Degrees, Britney.... ick

There's a station here that has already switch over to 24/7 holiday music.

Evil_Ernie has sent Sirius an email asking them to start the Christmas Music next week. He just loves it so much, he also wants them to use 3 maybe 4 channels with 24/7 Christmas Tunes... Plus to start adding some Christmas tunes to all the other channels...

My wife has already started listening to Christmas music, but only in her car and she loves the Sirius channels that play it but does think they get a bit repetitious.

I've been listening to Christmas music a few times a week since August on my iPod. I can’t get enough of Carly Simon’s version of God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen or Last Christmas by Wham. Christmas music started 11/1 on Music Choice. I’ve listened to it for about 10 hours so far, great stuff. Can’t wait for XM and Sirius to finally get going on Christmas music.

aww, just go rent a lift... not *that* expensive, especially if you have a lot to do around the eaves. Sure beats lugging a ladder around, too.
