Sirius won't have baseball. Not for at least 10 years, if ever. If you can afford it get both.

Although I agree with that XM has better country music channels, as long as Sirius keeps pumping out the jams they do on Octane, they have me for life!

this even DESERVES a response??? This person is too lazy to call to cancel and we should take them seriously?

My God the hardships of some people's lives are just too real these days. Making a phone call....

Maybe if this person was a marine currently at war and was having a tough time getting through to customer service. Not some fool with nothing better to do.

Hey Rusty, FYI.. I called their customer service and guess what? I told them I did not want to renew and to make sure my account was not set up for automatic renewal. Well, surprise, surprise. They cancelled my account, one week before it was to expire, and charged me a $75 cancellation fee. So, who's the bonehead now?

I would have to say the person who couldn't wait a week, or never called back to say WTF... If you had a year sub. then you should have been a smarter shopper out of the gate. If your a troll, I want to charge you again...

Nov. 22? Why is this thread is even still going or even why have I read it all? Maybe I should say WTF to myself! This is so far off from the OP.

Oh and DAB if your going to yell at Rusty, yell at him for that ugly face in his posts...

Wow, you guys are tough... I don't think the original poster ever posted again after the first post did he? The thread has gone on an on by other posters. Some of these threads seem to take a life of their own.

You guys really didn't read this whole thread did you? ROTFLOL

Does it bother anyone else that some of the DJ's swear just to sound like they are cool? I really don't want to hear any swearing unless it's coming from the talk channels. Now I am apprehensive to turn on certain music channels when I'm driving with the kids in the car. Its too bad there wasn't some sort of option on the receiver to pick up a censored signal or something. Don't get me wrong, I love stern and the freedom of speech thing, but when its around kids... sorry.

You can always have Sirius Canada block channels you find offensive. I don't have any blocked, myself (no kids to worry about). I can certainly understand your concern, though.

Maybe you can get them to just 'blanket' block all channels with anything obscene. I hear some of the same songs are on 'family safe' channels, but with offensive content bleeped or edited out.

Good luck.

I think he's saying "No, it doesn't deserve one..."

Providing you were fortunate enough to have been able when growing up to have been able to purchase "your music" in stereo. I grew up in the 50ies & 60ies. We had a thing called Monaural. I don't care for DJs.
