Hi everyone!
I've been a Sirius sub for almost a year (time to renew!) and I'm loving it so far. I have a Sportster Replay for my car and a SP-B1 Boombox for home use.
What sold me on Sirius was the NFL coverage and SEC college games, but I have enjoyed a wide variety of the channels since signing on.

Great forum here, I hope to learn alot and further enhance my Sirius experience!

I just wanted to say Welcome as well, I noticed we have similar activation dates and I also started with the Sportster Replay.

As far as the line you used, "further enhance my Sirius experience", the only thing I can tell you personally is to upgrade to a Sportster 4 and pick up a Lifetime Subscription on it (if you have the $ to do so). Think of the money you spend per year and if you think you may want to keep SIRIUS 5 to 10 years or so, you'll be way ahead.

If you have a sportster replay that broadcasts the FM signal throughout the house KEEP IT. YOU HAVE A "GOLDEN TICKET".

Speaking of that, do you know what the effective range of the FM signal from a Sportster is?

This depends on what kind of Sportster you have. I've heard the older Sportsters and Sportster Replays have great FM Transmitters. But the new Sportster Replays and Sportster 4s have horrible FM Transmitters.

Someone once told me the new radios have table top FM Transmitters. Meaning there range is about as big as a table top...
