lex412 is on a distinguished road

i cancelled one of my many radios yesterday (im picking up a new one to replace it soon) and i waited about 5 mins on the phone and they cancelled me without asking any questions, without any hassel, without transferring me, without offering me an xm-like offer to stay ($4 month). It was a pleasure to cancel, I was expecting a fight and all , but the lady on the phone was great.

sf, I am going to start off by apologizing. Your opinion and concern is as valid as anyone else's. I am sorry if I dissed or offended you. I get a little frustrated this time of year when, wanting to help others, this board gets flooded with posts by people who just want to rant.

It sounds like your real problem, though, is with your job. As I said, you were very smart to get a lifetime sub. If (when, more likely) the rates go up, you'll be set for life. But I strongly doubt anybody promised you no waiting for CS when you committed to a lifetime sub, and someone as smart as you should have been able to figure out well in advance the post-Christmas rush reality.

Carry on your rant. Good luck fishing for sympathy.
