Yup. The moment I realized free radio was finally dead in this town was when Ken Charles (VP of programming for Houston's Clear Channel stations) made a joke about thousands of guys with sideburns crying in their Trans-Ams when they tune in to hear Freebird and hear Mexican rap instead.

I can't. I made it a point to have no AM/FM Radio access.

The antenna lead from my head unit in my SUV has been disconnected and I no longer have the Ford Factory Radio removal tool in my position, I removed the FM antenna and AM loop antenna from my home theater receiver and threw them out. Only other terrestrial radio tuners in the house are 2 Sony alarm clocks and I neutered the external antennas on both. The alarm clock in my bedroom can’t pick up the station I used to listen to, WEDG 103.3 The Edge, in fact neither clock radio can pick up anything on AM, and maybe 3 or 4 FM stations. Who needs AM/FM when it's 2007 and I have XM/SIRI.

Got to love it when one has a neutered radio...
