HA! You won't find me. That is of course unless I happen to leave the FM trans on by accident. My PNPs have been directly wired into my head unit since i first got Sirius. I honestly wouldn't have it any other way.

It shouldn't be too hard to spot one or the other..... Just look for 6 in. wide by 6 in. long by 3 in. high antenna and well there you have a car with Sirius and if you see the barely visibable antenna then it's XM.... C'mon Sirius get with the program here, you finally stopped making radios as big as a 13" tv so why can't you shrink the damn antenna.... Ok, I have seen a few newer Sirius antennas that are a bit smaller but good god are those old ones terrible.....

If you wanna have some real fun with the frequency thing then go purchase a C.Crane Fm transmitter and crank it up, then go to the local hang out and broadcast death metal over all the hip hop stations.... Great fun indeed..... Nothing better then sitting at a BK or McDonalds and just walk on someones shitty ass music with something you know they can't stand .... Old people get really offended when you drown out their country channel with Dying Fetus or Cannibal Corpse....

Hey, I turn 30 in about a month, it's still VERY young!

On topic, though. I live in a very rural area where my commute doesn't give me a lot of time to sit in traffic and look for antennas, but today I did notice a Volkswagen with the good ol' Sirius hockey puck on the roof. I guess I'll have to start looking more closely when I do get the chance.

LOL...this is why the new receivers come with weak FM transmitters.

I also find myself looking for antennas everywhere I go walking or driving. I also have direct connect in both of my vehicles so I haven't turned on the FM dial to see if I can pick up others' FM transmission.
