Heard this show last week very horrible and sounds like the guys belong on hip hop nation and have very little knowledge of house music.

You just don't get it do you? It is not a matter or white/black or gay/straight they need to put people on that have knowledge of the music and do not make the channel sound like garbage. I heard them saying big ups to Sirius and talking how people should talk on Hip Hop Nation not on a dance channel. Between Mr. Seth and these 2 new clowns it is making dance music sound terrible. Put people on that have knowledge of the music and speak proper english and not about what there boyfriend bought them and about dressing up as a girl when they were little and maybe we will all get to enjoy the great music.

I thought it sounded fine. Its nice to hear some personality on Remix for a change. and it sure beats the horrible Houseparty sunday playlists even if its just 3 less hours of that.

It sounded a little better this weekend. I just wish they had more educated people doing shows.

*First time poster, long time subscriber*

I bought Sirius for 2 reasons-Air America and the Sunday House music show. Imagine my disappointment when I heard the drivel they were playing for House music...not to mention now AAR is gone too.

I've heard of Ralph McDaniels before, but if they wanted to get somebody for old school house they could've gotten Frankie Knuckles or somebody much better. I've heard some mixes that sound okay but for the most part it's horrible-so much so I wrote Sirius a letter. Either way, Ralph is a vast improvement over what they were playing previously. What I wouldn't give to be able to program just one Sunday!

I'm happy to hear that BBC Radio 1 is coming...at least I can listen to Gilles Peterson in my car and not online anymore. I can't wait!

I'm about to give up on Chill....if I hear Novelle Vague's "this is not a love song" one more time I'll lose it. At least they're playing Massive Attack now...if we could get some Portishead I'd be overjoyed.

If you are a house music fan (or dance fan in general) I strongly suggest that you tune into the Aaron Ross show on BBC 1xtra. Click on the 'more styles' link

Keep It Housey!
