Default [Merged] Internet radio down?

Did internet radio listening just crap out for anyone else? I was in the middle of listening to Raw Dog, it stopped gave me the “ready” bug crap then when I reloaded it I get a message saying it’s down.

Me too. Online listening not working as of 7/8/08. Very annoying.

Nothing for me either. Has it been reported to customer service?

Default no west coast on-line radio

I called tech support - there's been a problem for the west coast (and arizona is now west coast?) for a few days I was told. they are working on it - something about adding baseball to the programming - (just kidding!)
was told to check back evey couple hours.

I was listening all morning and then at 10:10AM (approx), it started repeating the last few seconds, then crapped out entirely. When I tried to get back on, I started getting the message. So it has now been down for 2 hours.

I hope it comes back soon, this is part of what I pay $12.95 a month for.... and where I do the majority of my listening.

Yeah I havn’t been able to get in at all today or even yesterday (Monday) it was down as well.

Pretty stupid if you ask me there are people who pay just this and are not getting what they paid for at all……..

I am just disappointed…. I wanna listen while at work.

A call in to Sirius did nothing. They are aware of the issue and have NO idea how long it will be down. Just keep going back in every so often to see if it is fixed...

It's got to be a Sirius.com thing as my stream_ON is still working just fine.

Anyone with any other 3rd party Sirius internet players having problems?

Post internet radio back on - 1:22pm PCT

tried to log on, and voila! back on!
thank you - made me realize just how much I depend on the music at work, as well as at home and in all our vehicles.

Sometimes these things happen. Since I have been a subscriber I don't recall the internet radio ever suffering an issue. Kudos to Sirius for getting it up and running. You know, I use a major ISP for my home internet access and last weekend it was down for almost 48 hours. No tech industry is immune from the occasional glitch once in a while. Also, you can't blame the CSR for not knowing when it will be fixed. They usually don't know what features half of their receivers have let alone when the IT department is trying to fix a problem!
