Actually, I just moved the DNS to point to the new hosting provider. So, it should be back online now.

However, I have noticed that on channel 35 - SIRIUS has an error on their website - it causes a javascript error both on their site and on my player (since it uses IE.) If you click 'No' to not debug - about 5 times, then it goes away. Again, thats only on channel 35 - unless they have the error on more channels now. Let me know if this helps!

Thanks!
Chris

I actually get the debugging problem straight from launch:

JavaScript Runtime Error: Object Expected

-> urchinTracker();

Then I get it any time I change the channel or hit any of the buttons within the player.

That's the Google Analytics urchinTracker - and it is from the sirius.com website. I suspect that either their site in choking on it for some reason - or your client IE web browser has an issue with the urchinTracker javascript. IE is used by the program - even if you dont use IE when you normally surf the web (the player creates an IE WebBrowser object.) Sorry, I have no control over the urchinTracker on the sirius.com website. However, you may want to try looking at your javascript setup in IE to confirm that it is correct. After looking at IE to confirm javascript is enabled - go to the sirius.com website, login to their online player - make sure its working and does not give you the urchinTracker errors (make sure you use IE, dont use any other web browser or it will not help.) After that, you should be good to go with any of the other sirius players out there (Yahoo! widget, my program, eric's stream_ON, etc.)

Let me know if you are still having problems - we can contine to troubleshoot if you want / have time.

Thanks,
Chris

Awesome, I got it working. Here is the IE setting I enabled:

Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> Disable Script Debugging (Other)

I suppose the problem is still there but as long as I don't see it I don't care! thanks for the help, and again thanks for giving us a real player.

PS- I got it working just in time for my maximum daily log ins limit to kick in. Oh well, I'll play with it more tomorrow.

Chris -
Also the Sirius Stars channel does not appear to be working on your player.

Chris

I am not able to download this program. I get the following error:

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

I am also wondering if I subscribe to the new 128kb feed if I will get the sound quality with this player?

Thanks,

Chad

I just downloaded the update to the player. There is an option under the Tools menu which allows you to change the bit rate. Once I selected the Higher Bit rate option, the next time I started the player the premium stream came through.
