If you are trying to stream from work and only get "ready" showing up on your screen, there could be one of two things happening.

1. Your company is blocking Sirius.
2. Your company has a firewall that is keeping you from streaming.

I'm able to listen to Sirius because my company isn't blocking that content. However, they do block CNN and MSNBC video. Might talk to your IT guys and see what they say.

Default Preparing New Sirius Player?

Trying to log into the online player today results in the following page:
http://cdn.sirius.com/wo/i/404/top_a.gif

"We beg your pardon. Sirius.com is temporarily unavailable. Please check back in a couple of minutes."

It's been eight hours and the message is still there. Could they be preparing the new player so we can hear Howard online?

Just wondering...

You need to physically click the "log in" button. Hitting the "return" button activates the button to the right. That's why you all keep seeing error messages, because it thinks you're not filling in the fields to the right.

does anyone know if the streaming quality will ever get upped? it doesn't compete with itunes or other streaming services. it will be fine when howard is on, but the music stations are not really listenable to me.

The Yahoo! Widget is terrific. It is by far the most elegant streaming solution.

Default Help!

For a few days now, Sirius is not allowing me to listen to the online player... it says, username case sensitive, error, etc... but the username and password ARE correct. Logged in to the bill section to make sure and it worked, and it did. Is it just me, why is this happening and how can I fix it?? Thanks! Kristin

I like this program a lot also. Thanks for pointing it out. An Artist Alert feature would be a nice addition to it.

hes looking into it. post on the other topic a suggestion or look at his yahoo site.

i think it would be nice to get the channel display working 100% then goto artist search.

im not sure what else could make this program cooler. he already added my alarm clock idea...
