Default Symphony Hall 80 - great breadth of programming

I don't get a lot of time to listen in the morning, but yesterday morning was quite enjoyable, and underscored the breadth of the classical music programming one can find on Symphony Hall 80:

Debussy - Images I
Faure - Elegie for cello and orchestra
Lutoslawski - Concerto for orchestra
Dukas - Fanfare from La Peri

To be sure, one will always hear Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, and like (as one should), but on many classical music stations, that's all there is. Lutoslawski isn't everyone's cup of tea but one can't argue that his work doesn't belong on a channel of "serious" classical music.

It is this breadth of programming that makes Symphony Hall good listening. They seem to avoid stylistic bias, and try to include great music from throughout history.
