Well, I have to second some of the last posters. This is starting to get a bit stale - with many many endlessly repeated songs. How hard is it to refresh this playlist? The genre has thousands and thousands of songs and artists! Come on Sirius - don't blow a good thing! Less repetition! More variety! Let's make Spa 73 (Soundscapes) as good as it can be! (after all - it is the reason I re-subscribed!)

I'm elated that Sirius brought back new age, but I'd be even happier if they'd lean more toward ambient/space music, rather than the annoying elevator-music instrumentals.

It's funny, Spa will play three ambient tunes in a row, with not a single percussion beat, and then up will pop something hideous like John Tesh's version of "Kiss From A Rose," which is almost a parody of new age music.

Well, one thing at a time... We have new age back, and now I can only hope that ambient/space music will fill up the playlist, at least at night. Truthfully, XM's AudioVisions is the ideal of what I'd like Spa to be. Unfortunately, AudioVisions was the only station I loved on XM.

I agree the name "spa" is a stupid name for it. Anyway I haven't had a chance to listen that much to spa since I only got sirius a few days ago but it sounds ok to me. Audiovisions on xm sounds like a new age station and when I turned to spa it sounded like the chill station a bit which is fine because Chill is the main reason why I subscribed to Sirius but I kind of expected it to sound more new agey. I will have to listen a bit more to it. I love relaxing music.
