Question Are U.S. Subscribers supposed to get Canadian channels?

Just what the thread title says? Are U.S. Subscribers supposed to get the Canadian channels? My friend was in a Radio shack in NJ yesterday, and was playing with one of the tuners, and it was tuned to 192, which is a Canadian Rock station. He went out to his car, and it didn't work. I just tried it in my car, and it doesn't work either. I've googled, and managed to find some info from 2005, that said we should get them, but I haven't found anything newer, did they change their policy and not let us listen anymore? We called Customer Care (which was like pulling teeth ), and they finally after advancing us to "Level 2" tech support, said that were not supposed to get Canadian channels. Then why are they in the U.S. Channel guide if were not supposed to get them? http://www.sirius.com/pdf/channelguide.pdf. And why did a Radio Shack in Wayne, NJ get them on their tuner, but a car in the parking lot could not? Im confused. What's the deal?

Newer radios can get them ... older ones can't.

That doesn't really make sense? What prevents older radios from getting them? Also why wouldn't Customer Care tell us that, instead of saying "US Subscribers don't get Canadian Channels"?

Sirius used to have a channel limit. Newer radios do not have this limit or have a higher limit. They made the mods in 2005 when they added the Canadian channels.

Customer Care (as you will find out) is not always the best source of correct information.

Well that makes some sense, but then they should put a little thing next to them in the Channel Guide, that says "newer tuners only" or something. Also kinda annoying that their "level 2" tech support didn't know the answer.
