"Don't Look Back" by Boston.

Okay, that's the worst bass line ever!

I think the best Beatles bass line is Paul's in "Something."

Of course... One of the main reasons I got Sirius was because of Backspin... Xm's old school channel just doesnt play enough and when I started hearing gangsta rap on it, i realized their definition of old school doesnt match mine... Sirius's Backspin definitely comes a lot closer...

Back in the day, all the cars would play that song booming out of their sound systems (which probably cost double what the car was worth)..

It was life imitating art imitating life LOL

Black Sabbath has so many songs with great bass lines, that I can't decide which is best. In fact, I don't know if one can be called the best.

Come on, everyone knows that the best bass lines come from Primus. But hey, Primus sucks!

The Song Remains the Same and The Lemon Song - Zeppelin - John Paul Jones is a God
Pets - Porno for Pyros
Working Man - Rush
Some Days are Better Than Others - U2 - haven't heard it on Sirius yet but I had to throw it in...Adam Clayton a very underated bassist

Gotta go with "Jump Into the Fire" by Nilsson. I heard this song when I was doing my 3 day trial on Sirius and I was hooked. Classic rock stations near me never played a song this good.
I've also been digging some Rush bass lines. I need to start listening to more Rush. Oh, and Iron Maiden.

Default Who, What?

The Who's "Going Mobile". Great bass line
The Beatles "Tax Man". Paul is the best
and of course...
Led Zeppelin's "No Quarter". Because I'm out of change.
