I like the bass line in N.I.B. personally.

Paul McCartney on The Beatles, "Something". This has to be one of the most beautiful bass tracks ever recorded.

Others:

Elvis Costello's "Watch Your Step"
Chris Squire on Yes's "Long Distance Runaround" or "Heart of the Sunrise"
Graham Mabry on Joe Jackson's "I'm the Man"

"My Generation" by the Who

My all time favorite bass line though is "Jump Into the Fire" by Harry Nilsson, but I don't think it's been played on Sirius anytime lately.

The Live version of 'Get out of Denver' off Live Bullet. That's got a kickin' bass line. A lot of songs on that album do.
