Default How About A All U2 Channel

U2 has a huge catelog and if you do a search on there songs they can play for days without repeats. Plus god knows if they can get permission to broadcast live concerts or boots or rarities. I hope sirius could concider this possablity.

How about we don't get anymore "artist exclusive" channels that add to the repetition, waste bandwidth, and get stale faster than an open box of cereal!

Huge U2 fan here:

Exclusive U2 channel aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh, NO!

I think you could get away with it for 2 music acts only...

That would be Elvis Presley and Ween....................sorry for the typo, I mean The Beatles.

Elvis and The Beatles (with Beatles solo material) PERIOD.

If they wanted to make some sort of deal to promote Sirius during a U2 North American tour, then I'd be supportive of a temporary channel. Like they've done with the Stones...

Sadly, the Beatles aren't touring anymore. And there is no huge Beatles shrine here in the States where Beatles fans make pilgramages to, like Graceland.

They could probably do an all-beatles channel at the Rock hall of fame but that's about the only place even halfway feasible.

I agree with Chad - No artist-exclusive channels! Once you start doing that, then you have to be fair and give everyone with more than 100 songs a channel...

I love U2, but I wouldnt want to see a channel with just U2 music on it... And I dont think Elvis or the Stones should either...

However.... Margaritaville (Jimmy Buffet), Shade 45 (Eminem), and Underground Garage (Steven Van Zandt) are fine because they play mostly other peoples stuff...

Agreed.

I don't have a problem with the Elvis channel, but we don't need any more exclusive channels.

Not even for the Beatles.

Thankfully the Bruce Springsteen thing is gone.

It's about time we hear U2 with a dedicated channel. Next to the Rolling Stones or Beatles I don't know of any other band with a giant catalog that's more deserving.

suppose for all the fans of an exclusive artist station they take one station and make it an exclusive artist station that changes every month. you get to hear someone new all monthlong.

I'm not going to reply to any more threads requesting a single-artist channel.

Dammit...
