I'm not even going to get into some of the spelling errors you've made in your post.

Besides, my post was referring to the original poster.

I have to admit I like a little fire, woman, blanket, Chianti with some Crhistmas music so I am interested in what Sirius offers up.

If they did decide to play more stations dedicated to the season, I would vote for one station for oldie type songs (Nat King Cole) and another station for newer type (Trans Siberian Orchestra).

Just my 2 cents worth.

I hope they don't cut "Movin' EZ" this year for one of the Xmas channels. They should just use "Rolling Stones Radio"/"the Globe", since "the Globe" hasn't debuted yet anyway. Just cut the Stones radio for Xmas music soon and debut "the Globe" on Jan. 1st.

Not only do we enjoy listening to Sounds of the Season during the Christmas season but the 4th of July and Thanksgiving, where they play patriotic tunes and lets not forget Holloween with the Creepy stuff.

Good station...Too bad its going away :\
Thanksgiving music? I can't think of ANY except for Adam Sandler's spoof.
On the 2nd day of thanksgiving my true love gave 2 me:
5 Turkey sandwhiches
4 Turkey giblets
3 Turkey soups
2 Turkey legs
And some Turkey in my lunch box.

GOOD! Coal burns and can turn into a diamond eventually, so give me all the lumps of coal you want!

Damn commercialization.

BTW...it's WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too early to even think about the holiday with the fat man in the red suit that stalks children. The Jack-O-Lantern holiday and the turkey/pilgrim holiday need to pass first.

Thanksgiving..

The custom originated in 1621, when Governor Bradford of the Plymouth colony appointed a day for public praise and prayer after the first harvest, and the practice spread throughout the other New England colonies. The first national observance was when President Washington, at the request of Congress, recommended Thursday, 26 November, 1789, to the people of the United States "as a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favours of Almighty God".

Gather the kids around the fire as Uncle Evil reads "A night before Christmas" for the kiddies.

J/K with you Evil, I agree with you on Christmas way too early.
