Default Where is the halloween music????

Okay I am NOT happy with sirius, no halloween music at all?? I just got off the line with cs and they said they wont start holiday music till after thanksgiving. Pretty lame sirius, XM has it, or i have to go onto the web to get it. So silly, if I gotta go to the web or XM to get what I want maybe its time to drop a sub.

Not a bad idea in small doses - like just on Halloween, take over a stream and play Dr. Demento, movie themes ("Jaws"), etc.

Im thinkin more like a week. Xmas gets over a month a week isnt asking to much for other holidays. Besides there are many halloweenish songs to choose from, such as:

Warren Zevon
Werewolves Of London

Marilyn Manson
Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)

Billy Lee Riley
Nightmare Mash

Cocteau Twins
Blood Bitch

Nine Inch Nails
Dead Souls

Godsmack
Voodoo

AMC Presents Listen To The Movies: Monst
Time Warp

Takayuki Hattori
Eerie Silence

Rob Zombie
Living Dead Girl

White Zombie
More Human Than Human

Oingo Boingo
Dead Man's Party

Victor Mizzy
The Addams Family Main Theme (Main Title)

Skylab
Ghost Dance

Concrete Blonde
Bloodletting (The Vampire Song) (Extended Version)

Bauhaus
Bela Lugosi's Dead

Brian O'Neal
Monster Mash

Just to name a few.

I agree with Casual Fan on this...one day is good enough.

We don't need to commercialize Halloween like what has been done to that other holiday.

I think in this case a song like "Too Much time on my hands" would be more appropriate.

Tell me about it. If I get one more Arbor Day fruitcake, I'll scream.

Default Halloween music

The Top Thirty countdown show on the 70's channel is doing the top thirty Halloween songs of the 70's Saturday at noon. I had no idea there were more than thirty Halloween songs in the 70's, so this should be interesting.

Thanks for the info on the 70s show. I was thinking I could use a good mix for the evening.
