for those of you who dont know what a Writer is let me explain. It is a sheet of paper with the stars name on it and what they have requested be in there dressing room for whatever show they are doing. In the past I have worked with PR people who have had to fill these. So here it is,

The David Poole Writer"

David Poole- Dressing Room Requirements- Each Night Prepared Fresh

Purcheser to provide the following items to David Poole's dressing room at no cost to the artist. Each item should be able to take care of the needs of eight (8) to ten (10) even if David Poole is the only one in the room.

1. Television 19'' Black and White

2. Lava Lap- Blue or Red- Any other color is forbidden

3. A cross-trainer i.e. must have handles to hang clothes from.

4. Make-up Mirror w/ no lights

5. Full length Mirror- Preferred one from the fun house at a local fair

6. Hot hors d'oeuvres- no allergies- If its in Costco it will be lovely

7. 1 platter of assorted cheeses and crackers

8. Another platter of assorted crackers and cheeses

9. I masseuse preferably names Maude, if no Maude then Geraldine will do.

10. Air Conditioning and plenty of it. If necessary please run separate ducts just for Mr. Poole's stay.

11. No distinct smells will be permitted. Mr Poole carries his own.

12. Hair Dryer, with 5 different types of styling gel no animal testing please.

13. A Dehumidifier

14. 12-Bath towels, 8-hand towels and 1-of those plastic scrunchy things for showering

15. A Humidifier

16. 1 Blender

17. 1 Electric Slicer

18. 3 Rolls of Bologna- Unsliced

19. 1 bath robe or if not found Dale Earnhardt's #88 Car Cover will do.

20. Mr. Poole requires at least 5 items of Foo, Cause Foo must be fought!!

21. Last but not least BREATH RIGHT STRIPS, cause Mr Poole sucks air like Carl Edwards loose oil tank lid.

All this is in fun and looking forward to seeing Mr Poole on TV.

Quite a list.

I'm pretty sure David's "Rider" wouldn't be much more than a walkman, a cassette of Hotel California and Shannon Spake feeding him grapes.

So while you were at that photo op, did you call Kurt Kyle? That seems to be a recorring problem. I just automatically figure you mean the other brother when Kurt or Kyle are mentioned.

Watching the show right now, currently in commercial. David, i havn't listened to you on morning drive in over a year now. It's obvious to me that in that time you have worked hard to improve your speaking skills. Its one reason i stopped listening to the radio show. The David Poole I heard speaking tonight was not the David i remember hearing on the radio in the past. Nice work, keep it up.

ps. Thanks for not wearing a tie that looks like a recycled bed spread aka DW.

The Morning Drive has improved dramatically since the departure of Mr. Snider. We finally get a chance to hear Mr. Poole's sense of humor because he and Bagley make a great pair and seem to be enjoying themselves.

I agree, although I enjoyed Snider and Poole going toe to toe.

I liked the old morning drive but I wasnt a fan of the forced arguments that would occur. Things where Marty and David would tkae opposing views just to argue. Too forced. This years morning drive is fantastic. I love it when Bagley is laughing so hard he cant breathe. Its very funny.
