Does anyone know where Rude Jude and Lord Sear were before they came to Shade 45?

The only thing I know Lord Sear did, was DJ a radio station in the video game Grand Theft Auto 3.

Lord Sear used to be a co-host on the legendary Stretch & Bobbito show on 88 Tek 9 in NYC. The Stretch & Bobbito show was the king of independent hip-hop in the east for a looooooong time.

Stretch Armstrong *used* to be THE underground DJ, but then he got into all the NYC thug rap and tried to use his name to make a bunch of really terrible groups into big names. He founded a record label called Dolo, I think the only decent 12" was Hillfiguz "Up On Prospect". I know he was down with DJ Clue and I think he was even doing some work for Desert Storm, but I don't know what's happened to him.

Bobbito was a b-boy when he hooked up with Strech. He went on to found Fondle 'Em Records, where he "discovered" MF Doom and helped Kool Keith reinvent himself. Lord Sear was his boy.

Stretch & Bob broke up because Stretch wanted to play thug records and Bob wanted to stick to the traditional indie stuff.

Lord Sear was pretty funny back then, too. He used to claim he could only freestyle when drunk, it was a pretty funny joke. The funniest part is people would take him seriously and get extremely upset with him.
