And to think Im about to crack open my $80 of Baroto and drink it up while Hair Nation is shaking my house windows in just about 5 minutes... Like my wine, I enjoy listening to only the top rated songs of the 80's rock erra.

This ones for you RoadClosed

I think you really weren't into metal back in the 80's then if you think the stuff they play is stuff that has never been heard before...

Just my two cents. Glad somebody is hearing something good...all I hear is repeats and shallow playlists.
Dude you live in Nebraska so we all know how the metal scene there is...shut up stupid

amen brotha!!!! when i flip on the boneyard it depresses me to think what hair nation could be. whoops... i mean the bon jovi channel.

Whats sooo cool about Sirius is that the Rock channels Sirius offers allows the BEST of both worlds.

I and many other rockers on hear laugh whenever somebody compares Hair Nation with the Lostyard(Boneyard). Two different formats....

Hair Nation ROCKS to the main stream rock hits of the 80's. Lostyard does also but mainly focuses on side "B" cuts giving that channel a deeper play list.

Sirius offers a channel like the Lostyard, with Buzzsaw. Sirius Rock channels are the best when it comes to specific music genre. Very specific music cuts, giving a lean and mean rotation with music I want to hear. Also offering other rock channels with the deeper wider play cuts. Something for everyone.

Many listeners see Hair Nation as a party channel with playing HIGH OCTAIN music cuts.

Now back to my 9th hour of listening to the party channel.

BUZZSAW?!?!? You must be kidding...Buzzsaw is where Aerosmith, Ozzy, Black Sabath, AC/DC and KISS need to be put.

I wish I had a nickel for everytime I heard Ozzy on Hair Nation, I would be rich now.

OH, BTW, since when is Metallica, considered "Hair Metal"? I hear them all time on that lame segment called "Guitar Gods". I think they just say "Guitar Gods", and play the same music as any other time during the day.

I like your analogy but, feel that Sirius misses the mark. They miss too much.

Amen Brutha! I am glad someone else pays attention! Buzzsaw is nothing like Boneyard! IMHO, they could drop buzzsaw altogether because they play most of the same crap on HN...

there is more than 6 good bottles of wine out there jackass! You are totally missing the point. Why settle for the same bottle over and over when you could have so much more?? If you have iTunes, listen to Pirate Radio for a day or www.hardrockin80s.com and you'll see that you are missing half the wine selection on Hairnation..Hardrockin 80's caters to 80's metal...you'll hear all your favorites there but, you'll hear so much more than that and it is all good! I shit you not. Not to mention they have engaging shows about the artists that defined a genre. Commerical free stream. That is more valuable then any crappy stream Sirius can develop.

uhno! I don't live Nebraska...never have. I was in LA for the majority of the metal scene in the 80's.

ANY Europe song really, next time I hear 'The Final Countdown' there's going to be hostages. Funny, this used to be the music of all the kids who got their asses kicked in high school. Go figure!
