Its a good thing you were not there the day the Boneyard became the Bonyard. You probably would have pulled your hair out! The music on Hair nation like Bon jovi is part of the era. Just like the Doors were part of the 60's era.

Psyco Circus is an oldy. What 1998? 7/8 years already.. that would have been on closet classics back in the MTV day.

Believe me, after a year of the same songs over and over again it is the most boring station around. I was so excited about this statio when I got Sirius, but now I could care less. It was almost the only reason I got Sirius, but now I'm thinking of cancelling.

There is rarely anything new. In the last year there may have been a dozen songs added.
Well, I mean, that's why it's Hair Nation, from the 80's, You shouldn't expect any new songs, it's all about the old songs, thats what this channel is deadicated to.

What is nice about Sirius though is that you can find this type of music spreed between ,Hair nation , Buzzsaw, and Hard attack.! Xm has the Boneyard. One channel, trying to please everybody from 1976 to today, who like this type of music.

When it shows on Sirius website like programming and it says Sheryl Crow 6pm tonight it doesn't list a channel number? Is there a number just for special programming? Is there anywhere I can print out a small listing of the channels. I printed this one out but it's a whole printer page but for now I wil keep it in my car.

Default hair nation

hair nation is a good station but can be better! lets face it people the reason all the stations play the same music over and over is because the program and music directors are from fm radio! the whole point of sat radio was to be able to play stuff that was not on fm radio mixed with fm radio stuff but for some reason they operate it like they are pleasing advertisers like they did on fm radio! so this so called change failed,
why fight it guys these fools know nothing about what listeners want and do not care what we think! I am a lifetime subscriber thats learning to enjoy every station and i suggest you do the same! stop crying enjoy the commerical free music or don't renew your subscription that basically
sums it up! PEACE KEEP ROCKIN!

All these arguments for and against channel lineup give me just another chuckle and opportunity to laugh at people who tell me music is dead. That there are no good "new" artists and there hasn't been any good music since the 70s. Those are the real enemies of reason and logic, along with keggers and open bars serving double long island ice teas.

It's also funny when the trolls who dislike 80's metal come here and say how bad Hair nation is and then they go back and listen to the Boneyard and smile when they are feed obscure b-side cuts!
