Default All I can say is WoW HardAttack WoW!!

It may be just me but I have noticed a change in the channel and it is WAY COOL.. They have been kicking my ass for a long time and now they have thrown the 1.....2... punch with some of the songs they have been playing.. Great Job as always guys(and gal, she may not be Amy but Jean is still pretty cool) I feel Metal Gods week may have been one of the best things to happen to hardattack.. they really listen to the Listeners and play what we show them we want to hear.

Great job Hardattack!!!

From a music standpoint the best channel on Sirius. Cool DJs fan interaction, fresh stuff, good mix I can go on forever. They make new shows, change it up and the fans don't bitch. They ROCK> and when they due have a criticism it's cool and they STILL ROCK.

This is by far one of my fav's on Sirius and also the channel I worry about the most (when it comes time to drop channels). I guess I fear for its life because of Liquid Metal on XM, but Hard Attack has always been a much better channel anyway. Long live Hard Attack!

Hell Yea! I think the line up of bands got alot more diverse after GOM week. I'm glad they finally started to play Motorhead in the rotation.

Like Jose says let them know what you like and don't like about Hard Attack. Input helps the station alot!

I concur Hard Attack is great. I made sure to let them know how much I enjoy it on my Sirius sat survey.

If you had Xm and posted on Xmfan, you would be depressed right now. The moderator over there will tell you how that type of music is not that popular and thats why Xm did away with there metal station.

I think a lot of that had to do with the seeming lack of effort that went into Liquid Metal. I listened to LM quite a bit online and in my brothers car (he has XM) when I was trying to decide between Sirius and XM. LM played some good music, but had none of the passion and enthusiasm for metal that I hear on Hard Attack. Honestly, listening to LM, it really seemed like an XM afterthought and sounded like it was treated as such.

You can really hear the Hard Attack crew's passion for metal in shows like Bloody Roots, Beyond the Pit and Contact High, whereas all LM could offer was a rap metal show. So, I really can't say that I'm surprised by the lack of support from XM listeners for LM, because it seemed like no one at XM cared about the channel. Clearly, that isn't the case with Jose and Hard Attack.

I think Hard Attack will be around for a while.

This is so true. Then expression your opionions on that forum will result in them locking your thread out :\

Lots of issues over there...

Still have yet to listen in on the Hard Attack. Seems like a real rocker!! Just cant seem to change my channel yet Sirius programming has it down to a science and I love it.

Enjoy

Tell that to former XM listeners. Like myself. I'm just pre-conditioned to figure that metal always gets the shaft. KNAC went away. The Ball went away. I know it's back now, but it's not the same vibe, although they do play some good shit. Z-Rock went away. I hope you're right though BSC. I guess I'm just paranoid since metal gets no respect.

That metal station wasn't as good as it could have been either. Had it been as good as Hard Attack, it would still be there. The moderator at that forum is sort of right. The station WASN'T popular, because it was too one-dimensional. No old school metal at all. No Testament, no Anthrax. Nothing like that. The only bands that are considered classic in the metal community that they played were the mighty Slayer and Pantera. I'm sort of glad (selfishly) that XM dropped the channel, because it led to me getting Sirius, and I'm happier now anyway, and I met all these cool people at SBS. Even though we get a little heated sometimes in the political forum, I love you guys.
