That's a fun song and cool video...but wouldn't that be more of a pop song? Maybe they are slowly deciding to turn Lithium into a 90s pop/rock station...

Yes, it got airplay on alterenative stations in the 90's...every now and then they'd throw a curve ball just to keep it unpredictable. Just think, ten years from now one might ask the same question about "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley....

I'm still liking this channel. It seems to have a larger playlist at least in terms of artist than it did the first few days, but it could also have something to do with when I am listening. Still, I wouldn't want to have Nirvana on my seek list because it would be beeping at me constantly when listening to other stations.

I am spending most of my time on Lithium 24 now, and still a lot on The Spectrum. I had been listening to The Pulse when I got tired of the music on The Spectrum, but haven't listened to SIRIUS 9 since Lithium 24 came on.

I get tired of the type of music more so than hearing the same songs, so I might not notice any repetition as much since I do tend to listen to different stations. I might take a few days off from a station while I listen to a completely different type of music until I come back.

In most cases on Sirius, even when there is a DJ on a channel, they don't choose the music.

let me just say i LOVE the station. I listen to howard 100 and Lithium 24 now, thats all. All I'm saying is they play a TON of Alice In Chains, more than any other artist i'd say. Maybe I dont mind them playing a lot of nirvana/pj cause i'm a huge fan.

Since XM has made their Ethel station "non xL", it has gotten a bit lighter. "Fuck and Run" isn't playing on there -- they started watching how channels are censored. It disappered from Fred too, for example.

Some of the censored songs will still play -- like F*** and Run.

Oh... My radio yesterday started to say "Lithium" as the channel name.

Ethel's supposed to be deep, or at least it was when it was launched, right?

Seeing all these Pearl Jam album cuts that haven't been played on XM in 2+ years is interesting, though.
