Default S50 Replacement procedure

I was wondering if I replace my S50 with a new unit how do I get Sirius to switch my old SID to the new SID?
Can this be done online?
Also is there a fee for this?
There is nothing for that in manage my Sirius account...

There is nothing for that in manage my Sirius account...
I'm sure when you register your phone they will move the information over. You will probably have to call customer service to do this.

The bigger issues have been the rebates and length of service. Sirius uses your move as a way to get out of paying for rebates.

I called when I had to do this with no problems, and no charge. I couldn't find an area to do it online.

I had to replace my S50 for acquiring signal problem, called customer service, they had me package up my old unit and ship it to fort lauderdale......took approx 2 weeks or so, cause of the back order, and have been problem free for since......If u need to send it back, make sure u include or name, address, tele#, SID#, and account#.....makes it easier for them and quicker for you to get ur new unit....good luck
