if there in warentte we will take the POs give you a new one and Send the othe rback the the CO and shove the POs up there butt untill cash comes out of the vendors butt.

Did it work at CC? I have one I bought at CC for $329 and it has problems, would love to get a properly functioning Stiletto!

CC did it for me here in MASS. I bought my S50 in WPB in Nov of last year, so the WONDERFUL guy here in MASS exchanged mine for the Stiletto.

I always buy from both CC and BB. Now, I will purchase all from CC because of this. BB here are not a friendly bunch.

All I can say is be VERY nice about it keep your cool, if you are a person that is friendly to everyone then you might be "IN". If you are an angry misrible person, then you may have a hard time.


If you can't get on CC to return it try another.

Yes they returned it without a hitch. you have to pay the difference of the between what you paid. but thay did the exchange under the Sirius warrenty and refunded the entire extended CC warrenty too. The S50 was bought over 90 days ago too.

Since I have mis placed my reciept, do you think there is a way to get this done? I bought mine 3.5 months ago...

With computerized transactions these days, I'd say you might be able to do an exchange even without your receipt - especially since yours was so recent. I know BB barely looked at my receipts when I did the exchanges for my 3 defective S50's. It seemed to me like they immediately went to their customer service monitor, and did everything from that.

Anyone else have luck doing this with the manufacturs warrany...I do not have the extended from CC? I tried returning to CC and the manager was not having it! Any advice?
