Default Lifetime subscription question

Don't know if this is the proper place to ask but here goes, My current S50 is getting the dreaded "No Signal" message. I went to CC and they will replace the unit with the new Stiletto. has anybody switched over their lifetime plan to a new unit after the previous unit failed, Does Sirius charge you the $75 switch fee and burn up 1 of your 3 switch allowances after a radio failure under warranty?? I guess I should call Sirius directly on this one, though I am curious what others are experiencing.

If you have had the s50 for less than a year then you dont pay the transfer fee. If its more than a year you'll be seeing that charge in a bit.

I just called and complained. They refunded the $75 charge and didn't bump me 1 of the 3 tranfers either.

1st S50 - Brick
2nd S50 - Brick
3rd S50 Brick / Car dock Brick
4th S509 working like a charm

Went ahead and bought a Stiletto too.

$75 fee shouldn't apply for ANY warranty exchange (regardless of the time it occurs in).
