Post MY P.O.S50 and warranty center

SO i have been waiting for Months now for a new poS50 for Sirius. Finally I get the call on Nov 1st that they will send one within 48 hours via 3-7 shipping. Took my credit card and everything.

Never sent it ! Lost my order !

I called and called and got dizzy from the lie and CYA that they do.

SO yesterday I call again ( I call every few days) The lady that picked up the phone right off I said ...I don't want to speak with you give me a manager I will continue to wait.

I waited I waited, they begged me to just leave a voice mail and someone call me back (YA RIGHT) I said NO I'll wait this went on for about an hour total. They begged me "Sir by you waiting on hold other callers have longer wait times" I told them TS.


Finally she said the manager isn't able to get to the phone, But he is having my unit sent today via overnight shipping (i should have it today)

I said please copy my email address and send me a tracking number, They didn't send me one.

I doubt I'll see my unit anytime soon. Lets see !

Also I sold the unit on ebay with all my other crap and the guy already paid me so I want to get him this new working radio ASAP.

IT WORKED !!! I got my unit Holy CRAP, Shipping to the guy i sold it to on ebay.
